Hi, I’m Alex — and I didn’t start as a coach.

​

I started where most of your people are right now: behind the counter, on the phone, juggling angry customers, tech questions, warranty fights, and a shop that never slows down. I know what it feels like to carry the weight of every car, every promise, and every dollar that walks through the door — and then take that stress home at night.

​

I’ve spent my entire career in the automotive service world. Not watching from the sidelines. In it. Advising, selling, fixing broken processes, rebuilding trust with customers, and learning the hard way what actually works in real shops — not just in theory.

Over time, something became clear:

Most shops don’t have a “people problem.”

​

They have a systems, communication, and consistency problem.

Great advisors burn out because they’re never given a clear framework.

​

Technicians get frustrated because inspections and expectations change depending on who’s working that day.

Owners feel stuck because growth feels chaotic instead of controlled.

That’s where I come in.

​

Today, I work with independent shops and dealerships across the country to help service teams slow things down, clean things up, and execute better — without losing their humanity. I don’t believe in scripts that sound robotic, pressure tactics that kill trust, or “one-size-fits-all” coaching.
